HCCF’s Top Scholar Award

A presentation was made yesterday at Chaparral High School’s Awards Assembly by the Harper County Community Foundation for their Top Scholar Award. These four students met all of the criteria for this award: a cumulative GPA of 4.0 and a rank of #1 in their class.
