All Harper County Seniors should simply go to our Scholarship page as found here on our website to click the link, create a logon, and begin the application process. A listing of all available scholarships is found on our Scholarships page as well.
Up next… our May 2026 grant application portal will open the same day the scholarship application portal closes, meaning April 1st is a big day for both HCCF’s scholarships AND grant application processes!
