Impacting Harper County One Grant at a Time…
Each year, the Harper County Community Foundation funds projects that benefit a broad spectrum of the County through the use of Harper County Plumb Thicket Landfill Funds in addition to many other generous donations. HCCF began this grant round process in May of 2009.
